Please check your inbox (and junk mail folder).\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUBMISSION GUIDELINES<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Congress Chairs invite the submission of original abstracts for Oral and\/or Poster presentation*.<br \/>\nAll abstracts submitted via the online submission form before the deadline (9 January 2023) will be forwarded to the Congress Chairs for review.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.<\/li>\n<li>Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.<\/li>\n<li>To correct an abstract that has already been submitted or to submit another abstract, please use the log-in and password which you received when you submitted your original abstract. This will enable you to access the previously submitted abstract\/s or to submit an additional abstract\/s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT &amp; NOTIFICATION OF DECISION<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will receive email confirmation that your abstract has been received, indicating the allocated abstract number. Please refer to this abstract number in all further correspondence regarding the abstract.<br \/>\nPlease contact <a href=\"mailto:ilana@bioevents-congress.com?subject=Euroleuk2020_Abstracts\">ilana@bioevents-congress.com<\/a> if you submit an abstract and do not receive confirmation that it has been received. Notifications regarding the status of your abstract will be sent once the review process is complete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WRITING &amp; SUBMITTING YOUR ABSTRACT<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease follow the guidelines below when writing and submitting your abstract\/paper.<br \/>\nThe abstract should be as informative as possible, standard abbreviations may be used.<br \/>\nIt should not contain diagrams\/tables\/images: these may be added when submitting the paper. Before you begin, please prepare the following information:<br \/>\n\u2022 Author\u2019s contact details (email, phone number, postal address)<br \/>\n\u2022 Author&#8217;s and co-Authors\u2019 details (Full first and family name(s), email)<br \/>\n\u2022 Affiliation details: institution \/ company\/ University, city, state (if relevant), country<br \/>\n\u2022 Abstract title<br \/>\n\u2022 Abstract conent: The abstract should not exceed 300 words<br \/>\n\u2022 Abstract topic: Please choose from the list of topics<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT TOPICS<\/strong><br \/>\nTo view the abstract topics, click <a href=\"https:\/\/ct-cann.com\/abstract-topics-2\/\">HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Title and Body:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Title<\/strong>: The title should clearly indicate the nature of the investigation. Each word should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transition words (maximum 25 words).<br \/>\n<strong>Length<\/strong>: The Abstract body should be no longer than 300 words in total<\/p>\n<p><strong>Structure:\u00a0<\/strong>Please structure your abstract using the following headings:<\/p>\n<p>Background<br \/>\nObjectives<br \/>\nMethods<br \/>\nResults<br \/>\nConclusion<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTIFICATION<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter your abstract submittal you will be sent an automatic e-mail confirming your successful submission. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact the Congress Secretariat <a href=\"ilana@bioevents-congress.com\">ilana@bioevents-congress.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION DISCOUNT<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">*<strong>Accepted abstract presenters will receive a 25% discount off the registration fee<\/strong><\/span> (accessible with a code to be provided by the congress secretariat).<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Please Note<\/span>: Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters can be included in the final Congress program.
