Congress Kit and Name Badge
Upon arrival at the congress venue you will receive a congress kit that includes the printed material of the congress and your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the congress and to all official congress events.
Climate
Temperatures in London in February average at around 7°C (44.6°F) during the day with lows of 3°C (37.4°F) at night. Warm clothing is required.
Transportation from Airport to Congress Venue
The nearest airport is City Airport which is 4 miles from the hotel. Approx. 15 minute journey by car. A taxi will cost around £28.
Heathrow Airport is located 20 miles from the hotel. The journey by car can take 2 hours and a taxi will cost between £80-£110.
Visas
Please ensure to check with your local UK consulate if you require an entry visa for the UK. You can also check the requirements for a visa on www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa
Invitation Letters
Official letters of invitation designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa are available for registered delegates upon request. If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please email ilana@bioevents-congress.com and provide the following information;
- Full Name (as it appears in your passport)
- Complete Mailing Address
- Passport Number
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
Please note that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee or Congress to provide any financial assistance.
